Pornhub owner Aylo agrees to pay $120 million to settle child sexual abuse material class actions
Aylo agreed to a $120 million settlement, pending court approval, of two U.S. class actions alleging that videos of minors were uploaded to Pornhub without consent. The company denies the allegations but agreed to identity verification, moderation measures and outside audits.
