Former detainees file new suit alleging sexual abuse at Snohomish County's Denney juvenile center
Nine former detainees filed a negligence lawsuit alleging staff sexually abused them at the Denney juvenile facilities between the 1980s and 2012. The county said it is reviewing the complaint.
